CLEVELAND - You really can have too much of a good thing according to a new study on dietary supplements.
Two studies published this week suggest that sometimes dietary supplements can do more harm than good. Each of the studies looked at how people use the supplements to maintain healthy amounts of essential vitamins and minerals. Both found that overuse of such nutritional aids is becoming more common, potentially leading to more adverse health risks.
