How long do you need to take vitamin supplements before seeing a difference?

Although you may or may not feel a difference
within a day or two, for most vitamin
supplements to actually start making a real
change in your body, it takes at least two
weeks. Because of this time delay, it's
important that you do not start and then stop
the supplements sporadically in order to get
the best effect from them.
In the same vein, it is also important that
you take supplements as directed by your
physician. For example, if you've been told
to take sublingual B12 in the morning, then
take it in the morning -- every morning --
not in the afternoon some days and in the
mornings other days. Get into and keep a
routine. This will help you gain the full
benefit of the supplement.
