How long should I wait after eating high-calcium foods to take iron supplements?

For each person it will be different and
mainly depends on your metabolism. Thirty
minutes is enough time if you have a high
metabolism. With an average metabolism, you
may want to wait an hour. If you have a low
metabolism, at least an hour, and usually two
hours, is needed so these nutrients don't
come in contact.
