What supplements should I take for weightlifting?

You should be cautious with all supplements.
First and foremost be sure they are safe.
Check with your doctor. Many products are
out there that don't actually do much of
anything. However, whey protein, glutamine,
creatine, nitric oxide, caffeine, bicarbonate
and glycerol have all been proven to have
some benefit for weightlifters.
