Im a hard gainer. What muscle supplements would be ideal for my body type?

Can you answer Dredogg’s question about Supplements?:

Im 6 feet tall and a 140 pounds. I’ve been working out evry other day for almost a year now but i have no gained a single pound nor have i got any bigger. Its very annoying.

What muscle supplements would be ideal for my problem? i know the supplements isnt the only thing i need, but i have a good workout program and just need an extra boost. thanks!

    Supplements Feedback: Okay, first off, you shouldn’t work out everyday. The strain on your muscles is going to become too much and you’re going to hurt yourself. Unless, of course, you work out something different everyday (like legs one day, arms the next, etc.). I like to use something called “protein”. You can find them basically anywhere. What I WOULDN’T EVER SUGGEST is steroids. It’s not worth it.

    Supplements Feedback: Whey Protean Is a Big One.
    Brewers Yeast is One too Its Packed with Protean Amino Acids Most of the Vitaims you need Except A and C.
    Pack on Carbs Too But then its getting into Fat.

    I know that you probably already know this, but if you take in more calories than you burn, you will gain weight. Just a fact of life!
