Can you answer Mikey’s question about Supplements?:
Do you have to take dietary supplements such as protein shakes, or stuff that gives you extra energy, such as musclemilk, or creatine, or any other type of supplement?
Do you have to take dietary supplements such as protein shakes, or stuff that gives you extra energy, such as musclemilk, or creatine, or any other type of supplement?
Will supplements help you see better results and help you push harder in the gym because you have more energy?
Or can you just eat a good diet of regular foods.

AND IN MINE OPINION..NONE OF YOU ARE EATIN ENOUGH FRUIT!
Supplements Feedback: Well depending on your body type
if your a lean person and have a good metabolism is say go for eating healthy but still taking the creotine and protein shakes ( creotine is for muscle performance) and protien powders are for muscle growth. The protein powders do have calories though so you still should watch. you will see huge results
Supplements Feedback: No, you just have to work hard. Taking in energy isn’t going to transform your body into jacked muscles. However, to take in energy for working out, you do want a good, balanced meal. If you’re running short on time, or decide last minute to run to the gym, THEN chow down on an energy bar or protein shake.
