Can you answer Ariana S’s question about Supplements?:

I have healthy hair but it tends to thin out when I try to wear it long, I heard there are special vitamin supplements that help with this.

Supplements Feedback: I take Nutrilite Complex for Hair, Skin & Nails. Organic and natural sources of vitamins. It will help you hair grow faster and stronger while helping your skin and nails. It contains 1000 mcg of Biotin, 500 mg Collagen, and 30 mg grape seed extract. Go to and type in the search box skin hair to get more information and to purchase. Go to my profile to email me if you need further help. Hope all is well.

Supplements Feedback: In addition to what another answerer has suggested, I think you should start taking Cod Liver Oil. It has a number of great health benefits, which include strong, shiny hair, clear skin, strong long nails, etc…. It comes in a liquid and soft gel form. I take it everyday. And I must admit, my hair is on the edge of my back and my butt, my nails are 1/4 - 1/2 inches long, and my skin is crystal clear. I am not saying it all has to do with this, but it is worth a try!

    Thanks for reading!
