I have bought:
Holland and Barrett Hair Skin and Nails Supplements

Holland and Barrett Sea Kelp Tablets

I have been given mixed messages about these, some people say they work miricles, some say they are appauling.
Anyone tried these or heard of any results from them?

Supplements Feedback: I wanted to make my hair grow fast last year cause I wanted a longer style, so I looked online for something to help me. I eventually ended up at the website.
