Im 6 feet tall and a 140 pounds. I’ve been working out evry other day for almost a year now but i have no gained a single pound nor have i got any bigger. Its very annoying.

Im going into the 8th grade…for this summer…I worked out about every other day…and my muscles are starting to form and everything..but I want a little extra push also…what muscle supplements would you suggest for me to take…please dont give me that stuff about me being too young…just give me an answer please!
I have already asked doctors if it will stunt my growth..they said it was alright if I lift weights…just dont overdo it!
