    Supplements Feedback: Antioxidants are just what you said, a “shield for our body.” They boost our immune system and keep us from getting sick. They are found in healthy foods like blueberries, strawberries, cranberries, most veggies, and even in dark chocolate. (dark, not milk). Good question!
