What is a good vitamin for someone with a sensitive stomach?

I would like to take a daily vitamin, but all of the vitamins I have tried, such as One a Day and Centrum, make me sick to my stomach. Anyone have this same problem and know of a vitamin that won’t do this?

Supplements Feedback: You might try drinking some ginger tea prior to taking vitamins.
Also, make sure you only take a supplement with a meal.
Otherwise, the upset stomach will likely continue.
For other natural vitamin supplements, I recommend that you visit the site of Celtic Sea salt.
There is a lot of info there on different nutrition supplements.
Also, consider the “Selina Naturally” brand, especially the deep sea hawaiian sea salt which has a very high alkaline rating.
Since most of our diets tend toward the acidic, this is a great balancer in our meals.

Supplements Feedback: A friend of mine and I both had that problem. Those vitamins are synthetic based so you stomach does not know what to do. You need to take organic vitamins. The brand Nutrilite is the best organic vitamin on the market. They guarantee it. Go to and click on vitamins then click on Multivitamin. They have a simple daily vitamin on there. I personally use the Double X Vitamin/Mineral/Phytonutrient. The site has great information on those products and how to purchase it.
