How much Vitamin goodness can my body absorb with a meal?

Can you answer Ersa’s question about Supplements?:

I’m currently taking Omega 3 complex, B-Vitamin complex, magnesium, vitamin C, and vitamin D. I take the prescribed amount, but I was wondering if I should not take them all at one time (with a meal of course). Can I overwhelm by body’s ability to absorb all the different vitamins? Would it be better to take some in the morning and the rest in the afternoon?

Supplements Feedback: I take several vitamins a day also, and i take mine at different times of the day. I’m not 100% that they wont all absorb if you take them at the same time…….. but my aunt said taking them all at once wont absorb all of them.

Supplements Feedback: Spread them out, Take B-Complex/ Vitamin D in the Morning, at noon take Vitamin C and Omega 3 complex, and the Magnesium in the afternoon.

If anything Switch the Omega comp- B Comp. depending on when you want an extra boost in energy.

Also Most B-Complex are complete shit, i didnt notice any affect on most i took untill i found Jarrows B-Right complex shits way rad..
